- Post pre-opening, you will assume full leadership of the operations, with end-to-end responsibility for the Singapore portfolio, including full P&L ownership.
- You will drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and team development to ensure sustainable growth and long-term value creation in the market.
- Working closely with both internal & external stakeholders to pre-open the Living Sector projects in Singapore.
- Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Pre‑Opening Plan (POP) covering all workstreams, and prepare/manage the Pre‑Opening Budget
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 12–15 years of senior leadership experience within hospitality, serviced apartments or the living sector.
- Proven track record with pre-opening and managing multi-property or ‑country level‑ operations with full P&L accountability.
- Strong commercial, financial and operational acumen within cost disciplined‑ operating models.
- Credible, decisive leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
