Responsibilities

As an intern of the APEC Feasibility and FASP team, the Intern will assist the team with hotel facilities, brand standards and financial support and assistance to the Feasibility and FASP team with projects and strategic plans.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of the team’s hotel facilities and financial databases.
Support the development and creation of dashboards and reporting tools to improve data visualization and insights.
Assist in performing financial and analytical analysis for hotel valuation, financial assessments, and investment evaluations.
Conduct market research and support the assessment of potential projects through hotel facility reviews and financial projections.

Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative work environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to organize and interpret financial information and present analytical results in manner appropriate for decision-making
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Experience with Microsoft Power tools (Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate) or other data processing/visualization tools ideal
