- As part of the Information Security function, the intern will gain foundational exposure to security operations, IT service management practices, and enterprise support processes.
- This internship provides hands-on exposure to IT service management (ITSM), security operations support, reporting, documentation, and enterprise ticketing processes within a global organization.
- The intern will work with the APEC Global Information Security team and be based in the Singapore office.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with day-to-day management of service tickets in Service Now or related ticketing platforms, including tracking status, due dates, updates, and closure.
Requirements
- Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass.
- Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
