Administer and maintain Surveillance technology infrastructure, including servers, workstations, operating systems, storage platforms, and associated security solutions.
Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across multiple stakeholders, including Information Technology, Network Engineering, vendors, and Cybersecurity teams.
Collaborate with Surveillance Operations, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and external vendors to support business objectives.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure operational continuity of Surveillance services.
Ensure system configurations are maintained in accordance with approved standards and security requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting mission-critical systems operating in a 24/7 environment.
Experience managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, endpoint technologies, and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
Experience in patch management, vulnerability remediation, and operational support activities.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and enterprise endpoint management.
