Responsibilities

Liaise, co-ordinate between Facilities Teams, DPM and various other stakeholders to resolve all project related issues.
Prepare Project Requests for Funding (PRF) and Source Requests (SR) documents covering
Work with Procurement to drive tender/sourcing processes.
Manage onboarding of contractors with kick-off meetings, safety orientations, PTWs, etc.
Manage and review contractor’s submittals including safety plans, risk assessments, shop drawings, materials/samples, etc.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in the fields of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a pre-requisite, while knowledge in Building Services Operations and Maintenance would be a definite advantage.
Minimum 6 years of working experience in MEP design/consultancy/construction role.
Experience in Project Management in the large-scale properties such as Integrated Resort, Hospitality, Mixed Development, MICE, etc. required.
Experience in application of Project Management methodologies will be an advantage.
Experience in building services such as ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection and Plumbing/Sanitary Systems is preferred.
