Responsibilities

As Supervisor, your role will be to assist the Management team with the following:
Assist the management staff in planning, coordinating and managing staff and services to ensure the Restaurant operations run efficiently and effectively and that customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Leading a team of Captains, Service Attendants, Bartenders, and Hosts.
Provide strong presence and leadership amongst the team in absence of management Staff.
Work with staff in service and food preparation to minimize wastage and increase productivity and efficiency

Requirements

Responsible for coordinating training of all staff as required
Maintains guest profiles on a daily basis and takes appropriate actions as necessary.
Diploma and extensive F&B experience
A minimum of 2 years’ experience at a supervisory level in a 5-star hotel or a deluxe restaurant
Basic service and operational knowledge
