Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, executive lounges, integrated resorts or Forbes-rated environments.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, financial management, service excellence, manpower planning and operational controls
Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
Ability to build strong partnerships across multiple stakeholders and operational departments
