Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to all Marina Bay Sands loyalty programme guests and assist them with their needs and requests.
Manage the Loyalty Club Membership counters and assist with Sands Rewards Club and Sands Life Style membership enrollment.
Provide personalised service to all Paiza Life Style members.
Assist with Special Events and Promotions.
Work closely with stakeholders (such as Retailers, Retail Concierage, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.) on guests’ requests and feedback, and ensure that excellent guest satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements

Prior experience in Hospitality or Customer Service will be advantageous
No experience required as training will be provided
Able to communicate with guests effectively in Mandarin, with fluency in English as successful candidate will be required to liaise with Mandarin speaking guests.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends.
