Requirements

Strong expertise in education, child development, learning sciences or a related field
At least 10 years of relevant experience designing learning frameworks, programmes, media or experiences for childrenA strong understanding of children aged approximately 4–9
Experience translating theory into engaging and practical applications The ability to collaborate with creative, product, marketing and commercial teams
Strong communication skills with both professional and parent audiences
Experience in children’s media, entertainment, games, attractions, educational technology or parenting content would be advantageous Personal Attributes
