Supervise the daily operations of the Security team and ensure compliance with hotel security policies and procedures
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, accidents, and guest concerns, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation Investigate security incidents, accidents, and lost and found cases, and prepare accurate reports
Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments on safety, security, and emergency matters
Train, coach, and supervise Security Officers to ensure high performance and service standards
Perform any other duties assigned by the Safety and Security Manager

Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in hotel security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
Good knowledge of hotel security operations, emergency response, and fire safety procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Customer-focused with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel security systems is an advantage
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
