Prepare daily bar stations, stock inventory (beers, spirits, garnishes, fresh juices, and supplies), and maintain strict quality control on perishables.
Support floor colleagues, coordinate smoothly with supervisors during peak periods, and actively participate in team continuous learning modules.
Actively promote premium beverage selections, signature cocktails, and hotel dining promotions to maximize average guest spend.
Warmly greet all arriving guests, deliver prompt and attentive floor service, and proactively resolve guest queries to create exceptional experiences.
POS and Cash Handling: Ring up orders accurately via the POS system, process cash/card transactions, run checks, and complete secure end-of-shift cashier balance drops.
