Responsibilities

As an Engineer, you will maintain the physical integrity, technical systems, and operational safety of the property while leading team shift operations.
Shift Leadership and Task Assignment: Direct daily shift tasks, set service standards, and ensure effective communication between engineering sub-teams and leadership.
Grooming and Administration: Manage team attendance, shift rosters, performance logs, and maintain brand grooming and service standards across shifts.
Shift and Incident Management: Execute emergency procedures, resolve complex technical challenges, and lead smooth shift handovers to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.
Contractor and Work Order Oversight: Coordinate external contractor schedules, evaluate job quotes, manage material/tool inventory, and track work requests for continuous improvement.

Requirements

At least 3 years of working experience in the same position or 5 years of supervisory experience in a 4/ 5-star hotel.
Proficient in English to meet business needs.
Knowledgeable of hotel electrical and mechanical knowledge.
