Lead end-to-end transformation programs across ASPAC and EAME, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and enhancing transformation methodologies, tools, and best practices across the region.
Drive the deployment of technology, automation, and process improvement initiatives, translating innovative ideas into scalable operational solutions.

Requirements

Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones; ASPAC and/or EAME experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with project / portfolio management, workflow, process mapping, reporting, or collaboration tools.
Experience in GCC and hotel operations, with a track record of delivering strategic and transformation initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
