The Director of Mixology is responsible for leading the beverage strategy, cocktail innovation, bar operations, and guest experience across all outlets.
Develop and execute concepts for the hotel's beverage programs in line and support for the hotel's positioning as one of the leading hotel's in Asia.
Oversee daily bar operations across all outlets
Establish and maintain beverage preparation standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines
Monitor inventory, ordering, storage, and stock rotation processes

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in beverage operations, or mixology in luxury hospitality
Prior experience in creating beverage programme
Prior experience in managing a team
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktail creation, and beverage trends
Good in financial and commercial management
