Responsibilities

Oversee daily dining reservations operations to ensure seamless, accurate, and efficient guest booking experiences across all restaurants and outlets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the Dining Reservations team to deliver warm, professional, and Shangri‑La‑styled service at all times.
Manage reservation systems, seating plans, and guest profiles to optimise table allocations and maximise revenue.
Handle VIP, special requests, large group bookings, and complex reservations with care, attention, and discretion.
Liaise closely with Restaurant Managers, Culinary teams, and Front Office to ensure smooth coordination and consistent guest experiences.

Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in dining reservations or food & beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a service‑oriented team. Proficient in dining reservation systems and basic reporting tools; familiarity with luxury hotel systems is preferred.
Strong guest‑centric mindset with excellent problem‑solving and service recovery abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operations.
