Responsibilities

You will own decisions and outcomes by translating data into actionable insights that drive measurable performance improvements.
Process flow and value stream methodologies will be used to develop swim lane diagrams that accurately visualise end‑to‑end, as‑is operations and identify improvement opportunities across cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.
You will contribute to continuous improvement and breakthrough operational outcomes while building deep capability through hands‑on project work, mentoring, and formal training.
Your mission would be to:
Identify, prioritize, and implement cost‑saving initiatives with business units and countries, achieving year‑on‑year productivity or cost improvement targets.

Requirements

Experience in conceptualisation and roll-out of company-wide Operations Excellence programs
Proven organizational and leadership skills to motivate and influence others positively to drive for results Ability to build strong relationships and partner with key stakeholders to build trust and influence at multiple levels within the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Versatile & organized
