Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day lounge operations, ensuring close liaison with Management on all matters pertaining to smooth operations.
Liaise with airport authorities and Ground Handling Authorities (GHA)s.
Ensure compliance with airport regulations and safety protocols.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Attend to investigations and complaints raised by Ground Handler and/or customers.

Requirements

Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
Minimum diploma in a relevant field.
At least 3 years’ experience in hotel or airport lounge industry. Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation.
Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills. Able to organise, plan ahead and manage workload. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
