Build and maintain the global SGHA clause library and deviation register.
Coordinate SLAs with Service Delivery — secure the internal 'can we deliver this' sign-off before commitments go to the customer; run SGHA and SLA as one negotiation track.
Build the boilerplate template library; evaluate and deploy AI / RFP tooling (e.g., Loopio) to lift quality and velocity.
Facilitate structured win / loss debriefs after every RFP.
Own the RFP intake register and the qualification gate: scope, win-odds and capacity assessment; resource allocation proposal to Global Account Director (GAD) / Head, Global Key Accounts.

Requirements

With 10 to 12 years relevant Pre-Sales experience with an AI first mindset.
Aviation / ground and cargo handling experience essential; SGHA working knowledge a strong differentiator.
Project management of complex, multi-workstream bids under hard external deadlines.
Stakeholder management and influence without authority — across regions, functions and seniority.
Contract management acumen; sound commercial judgment; thrives in ambiguity.
