Responsibilities

The Technician, Engineering is responsible for the general maintenance and/or minor repairs of equipment, facilities in the Serviced Residence, and to perform repairs etc, as required.
Perform routine preventive maintenance program
Respond and prioritise maintenance requisitions (MWO) and guests' requests to ensure our guests receive quality service and furnishings
Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment
Maintaining the physical conditions of the building and ensure that the building has adequate heating, lightings and ventilation etc and that they are in good working condition

Requirements

At least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Aircon Maintenance or an equivalent
Preferably 1 year of related working experience in the hospitality industry
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to work well in teams and independently
Responsible and self-motivated
