Provide precise, constructive direction during post-production, retouching, colour grading, and edit reviews to ensure every frame meets Marina Bay Sands' exacting visual standards.
Collaborate with brand, marketing, digital, and PR teams to ensure visual output is consistent, distinctive, and aligned to campaign objectives across all channels.
Build and maintain a curated network of photographers, directors, stylists, and production partners who reflect the caliber of the brand.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in art direction or creative direction, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution in photography and film.
Proven experience art directing on set — confident, decisive, and collaborative in fast-paced production environments.
Experience working with luxury, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands preferred.
Strong command of the full production process, from concept development through to final delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to present and defend creative ideas persuasively.
