Responsibilities

The BIM Manager is a professional responsible for management of the project Building Information Model, and for using BIM models / data to support the remainder of the MBS Development &
Project Management team. BIM Manager will also act as an interface for the Design Team members’ and Contractors’ relevant BIM specialists/coordinators/operators in alignment with MBS requirements.
Consultant / Contractor Procurement and Change Management
Assist Senior BIM manager in evaluating and informing responses to technical Queries regarding BIM throughout the Tender and award process.
Serve as an interface for Design Team members’ and Contractors’ relevant BIM specialists for resolving technical questions or concerns related to relevant sections of MBS BIM protocols and requirements.

Assist with ensuring design models issued by consultants and the associated Owner controlled content are current, accurate, and in alignment with MBS protocols.

Support to the internal Design Team and Delivery Team in extracting and assembling 3D content as required for critical item review, executive presentation, and similar.
