System Troubleshooting & Operations
Lead and supervise technicians in diagnosing and resolving CCMS system issues (software, hardware, integration).
Provide direct technical support to operations team for real-time incidents and system abnormalities.
Ensure timely closure of system faults with proper root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Establish structured troubleshooting workflows and response protocols.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in building automation or controls preferred.
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in BMS / CCMS / building automation systems.
Strong knowledge of Niagara Framework and building control systems.
Good understanding of HVAC systems, controls logic, and integration.
