  • Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop business development strategy around the Mandai Wildlife Reserve revenue and visitorship goals and purpose for the following revenue streams: Corporate Products and MICE.
  • Develop effective MICE strategies to position Mandai as a venue of choice and increase overall venue utilization. Maximise all conference and events revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree holder with minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Sales/ Business Development / Partnership. Possess a strong network of corporate contacts and partners.
  • Strong understanding of local markets’ trends and demands.
  • Strong commercial acumen, self-motivated, critical thinker with good problem-solving with customer-centric orientation.
  • Strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and a highly collaborative working style. The individual should be able to lead projects with strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM software (if applicable).
