Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events
Ensure events are delivered on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
To work closely with various internal (management, operations and stakeholders from various business units) and external stakeholders (e.g. partners, vendors) during the planning and execution of the event.
Oversee and manage event setup, rehearsals (if any), live operations, maintenance and post-event teardown.
Maintain event records, asset inventories, and project documentation.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in events management.
Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
Strong project coordination and management skills Creative thinking and event conceptualisation.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and some physical activities including site setup and inspection Class 3 or 3A driving license holder preferred
