Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed account plans in Salesforce; ensure timely updates of all sales activities.
Conduct client meetings, lead site inspections, and organize familiarization trips and client entertainment (flexibility for evenings/weekends required).
Support corporate sales activities when required ensuring seamless collaboration across segments, including
Manage corporate RFP processes and maintain accurate trackers; ensure rates are correctly loaded in GDS.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.

Requirements

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hilton systems, procedures, and brand standards.
In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in hotel/event sales, preferably in MICE or group segments.
Strong selling, negotiation, and lead management skills.
Commercial acumen with experience in forecasting and analytics.
