Handle all reservations received timely and accurately according to established SOPs.
The Senior/Reservation Sales Executive is responsible for the management of all hotel room bookings from all channels and ensures an up-to-date record of all reservations and requests made.
Be part of Far East Hospitality dynamic Central Reservations team managing 18 hotels and 9 Serviced Residences.
Liaise with bookers and hotels to ensure a smooth pre-arrival experience.
Maintain up-to-date information on all hotel-related information including promotions.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any field
Knowledge in Property Management System will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, email system, reservations system will be an advantage
Possess strong communication and administration skills
Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
