Provide first and second-level support for system use, connectivity, and distribution performance.

Requirements

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience and Knowledge
Familiarity with XML messages and HTML language not required but of advantage.
Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to learn and troubleshoot systems.
Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to analyse data and solve problems logically.
