The Spa Receptionist is responsible for giving guests a positive impression of the spa from the point of reservation to the moment they arrive and depart.
The individual has a vast understanding of the services and products offered, answers emails and calls, assists guests with their enquiries bookings and escort the guest to the lockers/facilities when necessary.
The individual checks guests in and out of the spa in a professional manner, and ensures all guests leave satisfied.
Maintain high levels of service standards throughout the spa
Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, andfacilities

Requirements

Have a thorough knowledge of the spa industry
1 to 2 years of experience in luxury spa or similar field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic knowledge of computer programs including Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office administration, Internet applications, Telephone and Opera
