Manager, Cluster Revenue Management, Singapore

Responsibilities

• The Manager, Cluster Revenue Management, Singapore is responsible for maximising the revenue of a defined cluster of Ascott serviced residences and hotels in Singapore.
• By analysing trends like market demand and the booking pace, he or she shall implement revenue optimising strategies and grow the property’s market shares through effective pricing, business mixes and sales channel management.
• He or she will report to the Country Director, Revenue Management and Area Manager, lyf.
• Yield optimum revenue and RevPAR with a regular business review of managed properties, including assessing rates, inventory, sales strategies, competitor set performance and booking pace.
• Provide regular analysis of market trends and market positioning to identify opportunities and implement initiatives to ensure optimal revenue generation and market share growth, which eventually contributes to increased profit margins.
