To support the sales process and administrative function of the Proactive and Sales Centre Team.
To ensure prompt action on all tasks allocated by Director of Sales, Proactive Sales and Sales Centre Team in adherence to due dates given.
To handle all incoming calls in the office within 3 rings and to assist incoming sales enquiries through the sales process including guestrooms, group and catering bookings with proper follow-up on all quotations within 24 hours.
Assist to meet prospective clients for walk in site inspections in the absence of the Sales Team Personnel in a professional manner when communicating with customers.
Perform any duties assigned by immediate supervisor or department head according to changing business, economic, customer needs or restructure within Sales and Marketing department.

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and its equivalent
1 - 2 years relevant working experience in hotel’s Sales and Marketing Department is a plus
Pleasant disposition and personality with a good command of written and spoken English
Good interpersonal and public relations skills and the ability to work as a team
Knowledge of PC software program – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera will be an asset
