Responsibilities

You will play a key role in supporting the global embedding of the SATS Group People Values and the Global PCEO Awards.
In addition, you will gain first-hand experience in organisation development (OD) and talent management—supporting interventions in team effectiveness, organisation design, and the identification and development of talent across the Group.
People Values & Culture Transformation
Assist in global culture transformation initiatives, including the implementation and embedding of SATS Group People Values throughout the organisation.
Support the development and coordination of engagement campaigns, sites, and communication materials.

Requirements

A current tertiary student with a diploma or degree in Human Resources, or related field.
A growth mindset and passion in learning about strategic HR matters
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple deliverables.
Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva, Share Point).
