Develop and implement regional category strategies for 3rd party service crew and contract labor, aligned with SATS’ business objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in outsourced labor. Establish standardized procurement frameworks and policies across regional operations. Supplier Relationship Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic labor service providers. Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and quality.
