Implement and maintain safety and security policies in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health
Provide monthly reports on facilities performance, safety metrics, and compliance status to senior management.
Manage facilities-related budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
Lead risk assessments, safety inspections, and internal audits; recommend and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely reporting, investigation, and closure of safety incidents, near misses, and hazard observations.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field.
At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in facilities and workplace safety management.
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s WSH regulations, codes of practice, and standards such as SS 506 or ISO
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies outside of office hours when required.
