Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• This role has a function reporting line to Dir of Catering Sales.
• This role is responsible for developing and expanding the MICE and an assigned corporate client base through proactive sales activities, strategic account management, and relationship building while ensuring a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
• The role also includes negotiating corporate and group rates, managing rate loading and account production, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy set by Management.
• Primary Responsibilities:
