Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the facility; act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of guests in the events of emergency
Provide emergency care and treatment as required till the arrival of emergency medical services
Ensure PPE (personal protection equipment) is being used when performing First Aid on guest
Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports
Present professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain a high standard of guest service

Requirements

Secondary education preferred
Basic lifesaving 1 to 3 certificate
Bronze Medallion certificate
Prior experience working in hotel or resort is an advantage
Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
