- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, from requisition submission to purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
- Ensure appropriate procedures and internal controls are in place to support the accurate and timely procurement of IT equipment and services.
- Monitor and track requisition requests submitted through the Service Catalog, ensuring adherence to agreed lead times and service levels.
- Manage the IT contract lifecycle, including contract preparation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and record maintenance.
- Prepare, submit, and review IT contract requests and support documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and global standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a
- Diploma in Business Management, Law, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Professional certification in Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, or a related discipline would be an advantage, but is not essential.
- 4 – 5 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, finance operations, paralegal support, or a related function would be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of contract terms, documentation standards, and contract management practices would be an advantage.
