Responsibilities

You will support the Senior Director / Retail and Leasing in developing and implementing the overall leasing strategy and tenant mix in Gardens by the Bay to achieve occupancy, revenue, and placemaking objectives.
You will lead end-to-end leasing negotiations including new leases, renewals and other tenancy matters, while ensuring compliance with organisational policies, legal requirements and regulatory guidelines.
You will oversee tenancy administration and arrears management, address tenancy-related issues and feedback, and work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.
You will conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitor activities and customer insights to identify leasing opportunities and recommend strategies to strengthen the tenant mix.
You will proactively identify, source and attract tenants that align with Gardens by the Bay's positioning and target tenant profile.

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant leasing experience, preferably in retail, commercial, or mixed-use developments
Possess technical knowledge of building services and M&E systems to assess the operational feasibility of commercial concepts, evaluate tenants' technical requirements, and coordinate effectively with Engineering, Development and consultants.
Strong commercial acumen with sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
