  • The role is responsible for Capex coordination and governance, asset lifecycle planning and budgeting, portfolio standardisation programs to improve operational efficiency, guest experience and long-term value creation.

  • Maintain a centralized asset lifecycle register across the portfolio which include replacement benchmarks based on asset age, condition, manufacturer recommendations, maintenance history and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex data into clear insights.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point), with strong capabilities in developing professional, visually compelling presentations.
  • Experience with hotel systems is an advantage.
