Responsibilities
- To work with the team to review and maintain the different Operational Brand Standards & guidelines for properties managed by The Ascott Limited.
- To work with corporate teams to integrate brand standards and guidelines and incorporating Brand-specific requirements.
- To assist with annual Service and Product Reviews (SPRs) include data collation and analysis.
- To assist with the setup and roll out of systems related to hotel operations, not limited to audit software and project management software.
- To identify and analyze ways to improve operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in business operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Studies, Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism Management and/or other related disciplines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Hotel or Service Residence operations.
- Exposure to Property Management Systems will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
