- Provide information and assist the Duty Manager when there is any flight delay -
- Ensure that OT hours for staff are raised accurately when they are entitled to -
- Ensure proper handover of flight deployment status and key things to note (e.g. cleaning not done, VVIP handling etc.) to the next shift -
- Ensure AIC stores have sufficient stock of Airline items and cleaning supplies for daily AIC operation -
- Conduct monthly stock check of all Airlines’ items in the store and provide inventory status to the Airline(s) as and when required -
