Ensure prompt response to airline queries and requests7. Represent the department at customer meetings8.
Monitor and review the manpower requirement based on seasonal and / or ad-hoc flight changes9.
Work with Duty Manager(s) to ensure adequate and optimal manning level to handle flights activities efficiently10.
Oversee all staff matters at operation level, such as MCs, last minute leave, OT recalls etc11.
