Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for defect rectification and maintenance works.</li><li>
Supervise, plan and organise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.</li><li>
Maintain accurate asset records for all M&E systems including ACMV, Electrical, Generators, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary systems across park facilities and buildings.</li><li>
Maintain proper inventory control of store items including electrical components, sanitary and plumbing materials, painting supplies, carpentry materials, and hand tools.</li><li>
Ensure safe working conditions by implementing corrective actions to maintain equipment and processes within safe operating limits.</li></ul> Job Requirements:
