Manage and coordinate within a team of internal project managers, assistants and coordinators to successfully deliver the defined area of the development.
Provide all necessary support to the Director Facades to lead the onsite team and ensure project completion within the set budget, schedule and conformance with design documents.
Monitor and report against established project programmes and milestones.
Participate in developing project bidding strategy with the project team and procurement department.
Prepare scope of works documents to be incorporated into contract tender packages.

Requirements

BArch degree Architecture or BSc Building/Construction Management discipline or a similar field.
10+ years previous work experience at Senior
Project Manager level with projects involving highrise and multi-use façade works including roofing and cladding.
Strong background co-ordinating with government authorities.
Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.
