- Channel & System Management
- Update and manage daily rate and availability changes across all distribution channels.
- Monitor all connected systems to ensure they are functioning properly, including reservation integrations and group block setup/maintenance.
- Ensure alignment and accuracy across PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, OTAs, GDS, and other distribution platforms.
- Content & Offer Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related field.
- Prior hotel experience (front office, reservations, revenue, or operations) required.
- Familiarity with Oracle Opera PMS is a must, preferably with the ability to navigate and manage reservations, rates, inventory, and group blocks within the system.
- Strong interest in hotel systems and distribution technology.
- Good Excel skills and comfort working with digital tools.
