Assist in advising the Stakeholders on architectural related matters, such as, programming, space planning, layout, architectural design, statutory code compliance issues/implications and other technical issues
Assist in managing the Design Consultants’ project design and coordination process throughout design and documentation phases for the project and ensuring the resolution of coordination issues
Review and prepare comments to architectural design submissions under various design stages submitted by Design Consultant team
Assist in managing and reviewing milestone deliverables from the Design Consultants to ensure the compliance and adherence to project schedule, scope, deliverables and Design
and comments, local statutory codes and regulations, and company guidelines
