Analyse and document business processes, review and validate test plans, support user acceptance testing, and track/manage requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
Review impacted business processes and work with business stakeholders to identify and make business process improvements that result in cost savings, higher quality, increased efficiencies, lower risk, and shorter cycle times.
Review, analyse, and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs.
The Business Analyst consults with business subject matter experts and technology resources to identify, prioritize, document, and manage business requirements for the Hotel or Casino business.
Identify and understand the business problem and the impact of the proposed solution on operations of the organization.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process mapping, business requirements analysis and documentation, data mapping and test planning
experience working with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Share Point, Teams
Knowledge of software development process methodologies like RUP and / or Agile and use case modelling.
Ability to work independently and to effectively manage and execute multiple initiatives concurrently.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both written and verbally
