Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the planning, project management, and implementation of IT infrastructure with a focus on automation, cost optimisation, and service quality.
This role oversees day-to-day monitoring of servers, networks, and storage (e.g. patch management, compliance, etc) while managing the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets.
You will also review and formulate IT policies and procedures to ensure operations remain compliant, efficient, and effective.
You will provide support to users on end-user computing, smart devices, and application matters, and be accountable for monitoring IT and digital systems to maintain the highest levels of infrastructure performance.
You will drive business goals through infrastructure excellence that enables innovation.
