Requirements
- Diploma in Food & Beverage Management
- At least 3 years of experience in the a supervisory level, including management experience in Restaurant setting
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Beverages, Italian cuisine and culinary traditions.
