Responsibilities

Assist the General Ledger team with reconciliations and account analysis
Support month-end closing activities, to maintain bank reconciliation, audit schedules, reconciliation and rectification of intercompany differences
Prepare and organize audit schedules and documentation for the external audit
Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports
Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

Currently pursuing a diploma/ degree in Accounting or Finance.
Preferred to have accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
