You will provide a high level of personalised service to exceed the expectations of residents.
You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents' satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home.
You will work with the Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Departments and report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, guest Service.
Ensure residents are well taken care of from the point of their arrival to departure
Provide in-room check-in service for all VIP residents

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in the hospitality industry
Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification
Service-oriented, attentive to details and observant
Fluent in verbal and written English
Passion in learning a variety of tasks, having meaningful conversations with others and creating memorable events.
